How long until I receive my package?
We do not process or ship items during weekends or holidays.
We process orders as fast as we can and process most orders in 1-3 business days.
On average USPS First Class, Shipping with USA is 3-10 business days.
We recommend ordering prior to December 9th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.
Can I rush my order?
We do apologize for any potential inconveniences but no, orders at this time cannot be rushed beyond expedited shipping.
Can I edit my order after it has shipped?
Orders cannot be edited once shipped. Once the order is on its way to the shipping address provided by the customer, it is out of JemecSalesShop hands and cannot be changed.
I made a mistake with my order. How do I change it?
Because we ship orders as fast as possible, we have very limited time to cancel orders. We ask that you reach out to us at support@jemecsalesshop.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant information. We can only help as long as your item has not been processed to ship or has shipped.
Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP (support@jemecsalesshop.com), as we can help only if your order has not been processed or shipped. Please note: there is a very small window where we can change or cancel orders, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfil your request.
When will my order ship?
We ship out all of our orders with UPS First Class Shipping. On average USPS First Class Shipping is 3-10 business days. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
This does not include back-ordered items, preorders, or out-of-stock items.
When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number. The email and/or text will contain order details, shipment details, and tracking information.
Does JemecSalesShop ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! However, not all items may be shipped to all countries.
Please also check your country's regulations regarding receiving overseas liquid items, as they may confiscate the package upon learning its contents.
What if I received the wrong item? Or an item is missing?
We hope this does not happen!
If an item is missing, please contact us by phone, or email and include your order number and phone number attached to the order. We will then do everything we can to ship out the correct item(s).
Tracking states that my order has been delivered but I can't find it, what do I do?
Unfortunately, once an order has been picked up from our warehouse, it is no longer in our hands. We will certainly do our best in answering any questions that you may have but are limited in information as we do not have access to the mail carriers' software system.
Be sure to contact us if it states that an order was delivered and you have yet to receive it. Please include the order number and your phone number so that we may open an investigation!
How do I track my order?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will be notified by text and/or email. Most times, a tracking number will be supplied. If it has not, feel free to contact us so that we may supply one to you.
